Join our Leadership Formation Training program — Our first cohort has been transformative for our15 participants and 2 facilitators. Our second cohort is forming now!
Over the next two years, we seek to train 100 leaders in important leadership competencies relevant in our world today. By participating, you will come away with tools that will help you in your leadership and life. Our training program will support your learning and practicing of humble leadership, creating spaces of belonging, understanding power dynamics and their influence, becoming a better listener and helper, and cultivating whole-person relationships founded on trust and openness.
Our curriculum is framed in scripture, prayer, and spiritual practice. The course has been designed and will be facilitated by Laura Stone, District Executive Minister, and Lon L. Swartzentruber of Design Group International. A fuller description of the curriculum is available on the tab to the right.
