Yes, I want to sign up for the first cohort of the South/Central District’s leadership formation training program. The full cost of this training is $4,850.00. Up to 90% of the above pricing can be funded through the District’s Lilly Endowment grant.

  • Included in the above pricing is full participation in the twelve-session leadership formation training program, on-line Enneagram assessment and review, five (5) hours of professional coaching, and three (3) hours of spiritual direction to further integrate my learnings into my leadership and life.

  • There are additional costs not included in the above pricing, such as travel costs for the opening and closing retreat and books needed for coursework.

As a witness to my commitment to this process, and based on what I or my congregation can afford, I/we will pay:

These contributions will be matched, dollar for dollar, by Lilly Endowment, Inc. Checks made to "CoB S/C IN District" can be mailed to the PO Box listed below, memo line "Leadership Formation" or "Grant Match."
